Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor in the State of Texas, as well as a Diplomat in Clinical Social Work with over 27 years of experience.
Jennifer’s services include individual, couples, family, and group counseling. She utilizes a variety of approaches such as CBT, CT, BT, DBT, Psychoanalytic, Gestalt, Grief and Loss, Body-Centered, Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused, and EMDR therapy. She views life’s struggles as opportunities for growth; and working together to build upon strengths, identify purpose, and add positive meaning to life. She specializes in the treatment of trauma, to include childhood trauma and developing insights and resolution of long-standing, difficult to understand patterns in our life and relationships. She is available for in-person and virtual appointments.
Chris Norman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in the State of Texas. After more than 15 years leading ministry to families and children, he began counseling on our team in 2016.
His services include individual (adolescent & adult), couples, premarital, family, and group counseling. Chris uses counseling techniques from Emotion-Focused and Solution-Focused Therapy. Chris believes life is about relationships, and he strives to empower clients to live a life of greater happiness and deeper connection. He is a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator for premarital counseling. Helping clients manage tinnitus through CBT is important to Chris as he was diagnosed with tinnitus in 2018. He is available for in-person and virtual appointments.
Diedra is a licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the state of Texas since 2016.
Diedra offers a wide variety of experience as a licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Houston Downtown and Master’s of Science in Juvenile Forensic Psychology from Prairie View A&M. She has work experience in social services, inpatient treatment, corrections, healthcare, and private practice. Diedra's role with the counseling center is to help bridge the gap between addiction services and the surrounding community.
Jetzy Cabrera is a woman who loves God, loves life, and lives everyday with gratitude.
The reason she became a Life Coach is because she wants to help people who are in need or need someone to walk with them through whatever challenges they are facing. Given the opportunity, she wants to help people to find their purpose in life by working together as a team to identify areas needing improvement and set goals to achieve. As a Life Coach, Jetzy believes that every human being has greatness within them that they may not have tapped into yet. Jetzy is also bilingual and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
As a Life coach, Meghan believes that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and understood.
She believes that this is especially true for those that are facing difficult challenges, hardships or feelings of being stuck and unsure of how to move forward. Meghan strongly believes that God has unique and productive plans for each of our lives and that He never intended for us to struggle alone. Meghan has a tremendous passion for getting to know, and actively listening to, those seeking encouragement. She is dedicated to working together, in a judgement free space, to establish steps toward a more purposeful, peaceful and joyful life.
